Our After School Care Program (ASCP) is much more than childcare! Students are given time to work on homework with assistance from the ASCP staff, as well as enjoy time with friends through both free play and structured activities.  The ASCP staff aim to meet the diverse needs of all students across age groups.

ASCP is available to all students (including our preschoolers) starting at the time of their school day dismissal until 6pm, or 4pm on early dismissal days. Each child must register annually for ASCP before attending. Parents can pick and choose the days they would like their child to attend and pickup is at your convenience.

Fun and Positive Atmosphere in a Loving, Safe Environment
Our aftercare program is a fun and positive place for students to spend their time after school, fostering their personal growth and development. Students are supervised by a loving and qualified staff who have a passion for working with children and creating a positive and nurturing environment. All staff members are trained in first aid and emergency procedures and our school facility is secure and well-maintained.

Engaging Activities
Our program offers a variety of age-appropriate, engaging activities that go beyond merely supervising homework. Some examples of these activities include arts and crafts, sports, tennis, educational games, and opportunities for social interaction.

Homework
Our staff assists with homework and reinforces classroom learning and we do our best to have students complete the majority of their work before they go home.

Flexible Hours
We recognize that parents have varying work schedules and allow parents to pick up their children when it's convenient for them as long as it is before closing time at 6pm (or 4pm on early dismissal days). 

Snacks
Children are welcome to bring snacks for after school. We also maintain a snack pantry just in case. 

Enrichment Activities
Throughout the schoolyear, we offer special activities that go beyond basic supervision and homework help to encourage students' interests and talents.

Character Development
Like our academy, our program focuses on character development, emphasizing values like respect, responsibility, and empathy. 

Feedback
Feedback from parents, students, and staff is always welcome! Our program is student interest driven and we are happy to entertain additional activities and program ideas from our families.

Our rate is $8 per 30 minutes per child.
You will be invoiced via your Blackbaud Tuition portal.

Important Notes:

Registration
To attend ASCP, parents must complete the ASCP Registration form for each child on Parent Square each year. This does require a $50 registration fee each year.

Preschool / Pre-K Friends
It is very helpful to us to know when our younger friends will be joining us. Parents are asked to provide ASCP with a weekly or monthly calendar in advance when possible.

Late Pick Up Fee
*A $10 late pick up fee/child is assessed if a student is not picked up by 6pm on a regular school day or by 4pm on an early dismissal/half day.
