A Catholic Academy of Excellence
Serving Preschool to Grade 8 Students and Families
The 3 Year Old Preschool program for three to four year olds is a readiness program which enriches motor, auditory, visual, and comprehension skills. The curriculum engages the child developing awareness in the emotional and aesthetic as well as the intellectual dimensions of learning. The program is designed to create strategies that promote the children to think critically and creatively in all aspects of the educational domain (socially, intellectually, spiritually, physically, and emotionally).
Our 3 Year Old Preschool class meets Monday through Friday from 8:15am to 1:15pm and ALL children must be fully potty trained to attend.

Practical Skills
Natural science enables children to understand themselves, others, the world in which they live, and their Creator. Observation and discovery is a meaningful experience for young children.
The music program is designed to instill and promote joy and appreciation of music as well as feelings of joy and praise to God.
In the Fall, we learn about growing, from piglets on a farm to sunflowers, apples, pears, and pumpkins. We also learn how they are growing, and how we grow and become self-reliant too. We take a trip to the Apple Orchard and Pumpkin Patch and enjoy cooking and crafting with these gifts from nature. Squirrels, raccoons, bats, and owls will be decorating your homes, and facts about them will fill your car and dinner table with conversation.
In the Winter, we go outside every day, so we’ll learn about the changing temperatures, how rain turns into snow, and what different creatures do in the winter. We find different treasures outside - pinecones, feathers, and holly branches and check them out under magnifying glasses. We produce our own version of The Nutcracker, build The Great Wall of China, and write, illustrate and publish our Boo-Boo Books. We learn all about Advent and Christmas and make our own Baby Jesus to put in our homes. We learn that Christmas is a time to give, so our giving tree is decorated with hats and mittens for children who need our help.
